Bio Energy Reset

In this retreat we will focus on bringing our energy systems and body back into balance. Our energy systems comprise of chakras meridians and auric fields and in order for the body to be in balance there needs to be a free flow off energy through the body.When the energy is disrupted or becomes stagnant it leads to stress and dis -ease in the body. So this weekend we will be releasing stagnant energy recharging and relaxing. In today's world we have been taught to outsource our healing powers so beyond just resetting our energy, we'll explore techniques to bring balance and ease back into your body. Through the magic of sound medicine, dance, meditation and heart warming cocoa we will reclaim our innate healing abilities. Together, we'll create a warm safe shared field of energy, making this weekend a unique heart felt and fun experience.
