This dataset comprises publicly disclosed results of application cases for amendments to food additive production permits in Dongguan City across the years. In line with the government service application result disclosure work of Dongguan City, this dataset collects the unique case identifier assigned by the system, processing timestamp and final outcome during the case handling procedure, and conducts data cleaning and organization in compliance with the "Data Collection Specifications for Government Service Application Process of Guangdong Government Service Network".
