小麦品质优异位点TaPINb-D1x，提取DNA后，对Dx1.5s基因进行PCR，利用Sanger测序进行测序，比较Dx1.5S与已报道的 普通小麦麦谷蛋白亚基Dx基因位点的序列差异，主要仪器为PCR仪（Bio-red T100），DNA分析仪、illumina测序仪等。
Elite wheat quality locus TaPINb-D1x: Genomic DNA was extracted first, followed by PCR amplification of the Dx1.5s gene and Sanger sequencing. Sequence differences between Dx1.5S and the previously reported Dx gene loci encoding glutenin subunits in common wheat were compared. The main instruments used include a PCR thermal cycler (Bio-Rad T100), DNA analyzer, and Illumina sequencer, among others.
