Party democracy survey, 1985 - Elite

One purpose of this study was to obtain more systematic knowledge about Norwegian political parties. This in particular applies to the political parties organizational structure, their staff and the question of how parties work towards their political views, in other words the actual decision making process. The project is therefore designed both to encourage new knowledge and to systematize existing knowledge that illuminates the political parties role and place in the Norwegian political system.
All the political parties represented in the Storting in the period 1981-85 was in October 1983 asked to participate in the survey.

本研究的目标之一，是获取关于挪威各政党的系统性认知。此项研究尤其聚焦于挪威政党的组织结构、工作人员队伍，以及政党如何践行其政治主张，换言之即其实际决策流程。因此，本项目既旨在催生全新的研究成果，也致力于系统化梳理现有相关认知，以阐明各政党在挪威政治体系中的角色与定位。

1981年至1985年期间于挪威议会（Storting）拥有席位的所有政党，均于1983年10月受邀参与本次调研。
