To explore the effect of magnetic mechanical force mediated by magnetic nanoparticles in a gradient magnetic field environment on the repair phenotype of Schwann cells in injured sciatic nerves, we established a rat sciatic nerve crush injury model and locally injected magnetic nanoparticles under the epineurium at the distal end of the crush site.
为探究梯度磁场(gradient magnetic field)环境中磁性纳米颗粒(magnetic nanoparticles)介导的磁机械力对损伤坐骨神经内施万细胞(Schwann cells)修复表型的影响,本研究构建了大鼠坐骨神经压榨损伤模型,并于损伤位点远端的神经外膜(epineurium)下局部注射磁性纳米颗粒。
