Bulk RNA-seq of rat sciatic nerve distal to crush after magnetic nanoparticle–mediated magnetic force stimulation

To explore the effect of magnetic mechanical force mediated by magnetic nanoparticles in a gradient magnetic field environment on the repair phenotype of Schwann cells in injured sciatic nerves, we established a rat sciatic nerve crush injury model and locally injected magnetic nanoparticles under the epineurium at the distal end of the crush site.为探究梯度磁场（gradient magnetic field）环境中磁性纳米颗粒（magnetic nanoparticles）介导的磁机械力对损伤坐骨神经内施万细胞（Schwann cells）修复表型的影响，本研究构建了大鼠坐骨神经压榨损伤模型，并于损伤位点远端的神经外膜（epineurium）下局部注射磁性纳米颗粒。
