Reproducibility package for "When Dynamic Buffer Monitoring Backfires: Ex-Ante Confidence, Switching Friction, and Temporary Capacity in Resource-Constrained Projects"

This archive provides the computational data, source data, code, frozen configurations, tests, and reproduction instructions supporting a PSPLIB J30 benchmark simulation study of confidence-aware buffer monitoring and resource-switching losses. The archive contains 144 benchmark networks, 38 confirmatory factor cells, 60 paired scenarios per network-cell, network-cluster bootstrap inference, and a separate post-confirmatory held-out switching-friction sensitivity analysis. It includes confirmatory and sensitivity outputs, simulation and analysis scripts, figure and table source data, model configurations, validation tests, provenance records, and documentation for reproducing the reported results. The archive contains no construction-company records, personal data, behavioural observations, or monetary-cost data. Third-party PSPLIB J30 benchmark instances are not redistributed. Their provenance, integrity information, and acquisition instructions are provided in the archive.
