MASSP 2.0 Middle-aged Probabilistic Atlas

Probabilistic maps for 35 subcortical structures from the middle-aged section of the high-resolution sample of the AHEAD database (41 to 60 year old, 24 subjects). A parcellation as well as average and standard deviation maps for each individual structure are provided, all in MNI2009b space (note that the voxel data is stored in RPS, not RAS).
