PK raw data of Amoxicillin in Muscle using PKsolver

This dataset provides raw and processed pharmacokinetic (PK) data for Amoxicillin in the muscle tissues of Olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus). The data were obtained following a single intramuscular administration (into the cheek and dorsal muscle) of Amoxicillin at a dose of 40 mg/kg.
The dataset includes:
Individual and mean concentration-time profiles of Amoxicillin in muscle.
Non-compartmental analysis (NCA) parameters calculated using PKsolver.
Raw concentration data determined via LC-MS/MS.
These data are valuable for comparative PK studies across different fish species or for establishing scientifically-based withdrawal periods in the aquaculture industry.
