Data and code supporting the manuscript "Self-organized breakthrough morphodynamics in fluid-driven branching"

This archive contains the modeling and analysis associated with breakthrough experiments in soft-confined two-phase flow. We investigated the patterns that emerge during invasion and breakthrough when a low-viscosity fluid is injected into a yield-stress fluid. Code is written in Python or MATLAB. Where relevant, additional `README.md` files are provided in subdirectories.
