This archive contains the modeling and analysis associated with breakthrough experiments in soft-confined two-phase flow. We investigated the patterns that emerge during invasion and breakthrough when a low-viscosity fluid is injected into a yield-stress fluid. Code is written in Python or MATLAB. Where relevant, additional `README.md` files are provided in subdirectories. Folder structure:- `analyze/`: scripts for data analysis- `data/`: raw or preprocessed input data- `model/`: theoretical model code- `plot/`: scripts for figure generation- `results/`: tabulated results used by plot scripts
