以山苍子加工剩余物为原料，运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分别测定压榨制取和石油醚萃取的山苍子核仁油中脂肪酸的组成成分，以期探索出山苍子加工剩余物中核仁油高效制备的合理途径，同时也为山苍子核仁油中月桂酸、癸酸的利用提供必要的化学基础。
Using the processing residues of Litsea cubeba as raw materials, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to respectively determine the fatty acid compositions of Litsea cubeba kernel oil obtained via pressing and petroleum ether extraction. This study aims to explore a reasonable approach for the efficient preparation of kernel oil from Litsea cubeba processing residues, while also providing the necessary chemical basis for the utilization of lauric acid and capric acid in Litsea cubeba kernel oil.
