Oceanographic profile temperature, salinity and other measurements collected using bottle from the BURTON ISLAND, CANCOLIM II and other platforms in the Arctic from 1950 to 1983 (NODC Accession 9700307)

Temperature profile and other data were collected using bottle casts from the CANCOLIM II and other platforms in the Beaufort Sea. Data were collected from 14 September 1951 to 23 August 1983 by Institute of Ocean Sciences with support from various projects such as TUFT Point FIS, Lomonsov Ridge Experiment, YMER '80, Bowhead Whale Aerial Survey Project, and Global Ocean Data Archaeology and Rescue (GODAR).

本数据集利用CANCOLIM II号及其他平台的颠倒采水器剖面采样技术，在波弗特海海域采集得到温度廓线及其他相关数据。该数据由海洋科学研究所于1951年9月14日至1983年8月23日期间完成采集，并得到了TUFT Point FIS、罗蒙诺索夫海脊实验、YMER '80、弓头鲸航空调查项目以及全球海洋数据考古与救援（Global Ocean Data Archaeology and Rescue, GODAR）等多项项目的资助支持。
