IRCC ATIP Intelligence Index: Previously Released Immigration Records
收藏资源简介:
Replaced by a newer version, 3 November 2026: 10.5281/zenodo.23925926. The closing month, page count, disposition and source URL of the 18 rows in this version match the Government of Canada file (data as of 3 November 2026). In this version, copy_status says "READY - NOT SUBMITTED", although on 3 November 2026 the copy-request form did not appear on the record pages MAK checked, and the summaries of R02-004, 005, 010 and 017 leave out or narrow parts of the request. The newer version corrects both and lists its other wording changes. Two additions to the notice below: an older XLSX copy on MAK's website also remains at its old address, and in version 2026-11-03 the summary of R02-018 also said "Accra immigration office" where the request says "Accra Immigration Officer". Correction notice, 3 November 2026 (version 2026-11-03-r2). What was wrong in version 2026-11-03: its XLSX Methodology sheet said the rationale wording stated what each request asked for, but 8 of the 18 rationale entries (R02-007, 008, 010, 011, 014, 015, 016, 018) did not, and several of those entries and 5 notes entries described the value of packages MAK has not seen; the summary column was not labelled as MAK's shortened wording, and the Methodology sheet called it the public summary; the summaries of R02-008 and R02-018 left out parts of the request; the copy_eligible column said a flat "Yes", although Treasury Board's Access to Information Manual (17.5.2) lets an institution ask for a formal request instead; the P1 and P3 definitions described unseen packages as evidence, and the P2 definition as useful; and the correction notice used the past tense for a wrong copy of the CSV on MAK's website that is still online. What changed: 9 rationale entries (the 8 above and R02-005, which no longer says it may complement R02-004); the 2 matching Why Acquire entries in the XLSX Acquisition_Priority sheet (R02-005, R02-007); 5 notes entries (R02-001, now blank, and R02-002, 003, 008, 012); 2 summaries (R02-008, R02-018); all 18 copy_eligible entries; the Selection method, Priority logic and Important limitation rows of the XLSX Methodology sheet; two new Methodology rows (Dates and this correction); the file names, which now end in -r2; and this description. What did not change: IDs, request numbers, closing months, topics, program labels, keywords, the other 16 summaries, dispositions, page counts, source URLs, query, priorities, copy_status, package_received, important_findings, verification_date, the XLSX Search_Coverage sheet and the other XLSX Methodology rows. MAK compared the closing month, page count, disposition and source URL (rebuilt from the file's year, month and request number) of all 18 rows against the Government of Canada file (data as of 3 November 2026), and all 18 matched. A separate copy of the CSV on MAK's own website has a wrong note in row R02-018 ("only 2 pages"; the correct count is 9). The Zenodo files never contained that note. That copy, now superseded, remains at its old address until removed. Curated research index of 18 completed Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada Access to Information request summaries published by the Government of Canada, organized for immigration-policy and practitioner research. The index records request scope, disposition, page count, topic, research priority and package status; it does not imply that MAK has obtained or reviewed the underlying disclosure packages. The summary column is MAK's shortened wording of each request, not the Government's text, except R02-001, which is the same as the Government's text; the official text is at each source_url.
