Brazil: steel products trade balance 2015-2020

The steel industry in Brazil has maintained a positive trade balance in recent years. In 2020, exports of steel products from the South American country amounted to 5.27 billion U.S. dollars, down some 28 percent from 7.31 billion dollars a year earlier. Meanwhile, imports added up to 2.17 billion dollars, down from 2.46 billion dollars in 2019.

近年来，巴西钢铁产业保持了积极的贸易顺差。2020年，来自南美国家的钢铁产品出口额达到52.7亿美元，较前一年下降约28%，当年出口额为73.1亿美元。与此同时，进口总额为21.7亿美元，较2019年的24.6亿美元有所减少。
