本数据集“机器人辅助眼底手术离体动物实验数据集”主要面向眼科手术机器人眼底手术技能安全性及有效性的需求而建设。数据产生于高精度机器人手术平台在离体动物眼球上进行的模拟手术实验,全程通过手术显微镜及高速摄像系统同步记录。数据集在结构上主要划分为“视网膜下注射”与“视网膜血管内注射”两大核心部分,系统性地记录了手术过程中的关键操作节点与动态参数。在视网膜下注射部分,数据内容详尽涵盖了从器械进入视野、针尖与脆弱视网膜组织接触的精确瞬间、多次尝试下的最终成功注射次数,到注药完成及全程总耗时等时序信息,并进一步衍生出纯注药时间、平均操作时长等量化指标。在视网膜血管内注射部分,则着重记录了血管穿刺与注射的持续时间、针具与血管壁的稳定接触时长、注射操作的成功与否、是否意外注入视网膜下腔等关键结果,并包含了顺行或逆行于血管走行方向的手术策略选择、总手术时间以及术中图片。

This dataset, named "Robot-Assisted Fundus Surgery Ex Vivo Animal Experimental Dataset", was developed to meet the requirements for safety and efficacy assessment of robotic skills in ophthalmic fundus surgery. The data was collected from simulated surgery experiments conducted on ex vivo animal eyes using a high-precision robotic surgical platform, with synchronous recording via the operating microscope and high-speed camera system throughout the procedure. The dataset is structurally divided into two core parts: subretinal injection and retinal intravascular injection, which systematically record key operative steps and dynamic parameters during the surgery. For the subretinal injection section, the dataset comprehensively covers temporal information ranging from the moment the instrument enters the surgical field, the precise instant when the needle tip contacts the fragile retinal tissue, the number of final successful attempts after multiple trials, to the completion of drug injection and the total duration of the entire procedure. It further derives quantitative indicators such as pure drug injection time and average operation duration. For the retinal intravascular injection section, it focuses on recording key outcomes including the duration of vascular puncture and injection, the duration of stable contact between the needle and the vessel wall, the success or failure of the injection procedure, whether accidental subretinal injection occurred, etc. It also includes surgical strategy choices of antegrade or retrograde direction along the vessel course, total surgical time, and intraoperative images.
