Gazepoint GP3 manuscript code and data

All code, functions, and data required to generate the plots in the manuscript titled "Assessing the performance of the Gazepoint GP3 eye-tracker for gaze event detection using a visual search task" by Notaro et al, using main script GNotaro_Gazepointmainscript.m. The code produces plots regarding gaze event detection (i.e. short fixation events) within a visual search task. <br>(Note: run main .m script and reference Matlab data folder within matlab.zip when prompted; original raw data files in gazepointdata.zip; matlab variable eparticipant with all random indexes and values reported in manuscript located in eparticipant_struct.mat (in compressed .rar file here); if errors, check paths to files and functions!)<br>All human data anonymized and acquired under approved CPHS protocol (#21522)

本数据集包含复现Notaro等人发表论文《基于视觉搜索任务（visual search task）评估Gazepoint GP3眼动追踪仪（eye-tracker）的眼动事件检测（gaze event detection）性能》中所有绘图所需的代码、函数与配套数据，主脚本为GNotaro_Gazepointmainscript.m。该代码可生成视觉搜索任务场景下眼动事件（即短时注视事件）检测相关的绘图结果。<br>（注意：程序提示时请运行主.m脚本并引用matlab.zip内的Matlab数据文件夹；原始数据文件存放于gazepointdata.zip；论文中报告的全部随机索引与对应数值均存储于matlab变量eparticipant中，该变量位于本压缩包内的eparticipant_struct.mat（压缩格式为.rar）；若运行报错，请检查文件与函数的路径！）<br>所有人类受试者数据均已完成匿名化处理，且是依据获批的CPHS协议（编号#21522）采集获取的。
