Table S1. All 216 differentially expressed proteins (p ≤ 0.05; FC ≥ 2); 204 with unique UniProt IDs. Of these proteins, 95 were significantly underexpressed in the in vitro matured group, and 86 of these proteins were linked to a unique orthologous human UniProt ID (Fig. 1). In the in vitro group, 121 proteins (118 with unique orthologous human UniProt IDs) were significantly overexpressed. (XLSX 140 kb)
