Hormone peptide data set

The data set including 5729 hormone peptide, 40 peptide drugs and 256 marketed preparations of these drugs. Each item has detailed notes, containing basic information, sequence, structure, activity, physics, and literature. We also added IC50, EC50, ED50 and information about whether to cross the blood-brain barrier into the activity information annotation.

本数据集包含5729种激素肽、40种肽类药物及其对应的256种上市制剂。每个条目均附带详细注释，涵盖基础信息、序列、结构、活性、理化性质及相关文献资料。我们还将半数抑制浓度（IC50）、半数有效浓度（EC50）、半数有效剂量（ED50）以及能否透过血脑屏障的相关信息纳入活性信息标注范畴。
