Transcriptomic data of Bacillus velezensis GUIA cultured in a waterborne polyurethane-supplemented environment. The experimental group was set as strain GUIA cultivated in LB medium supplemented with 8 mL/L waterborne polyurethane for 1 day and 4 days, respectively. The control group, meanwhile, was set as strain GUIA cultivated in LB medium without the addition of waterborne polyurethane for the same two time points: 1 day and 4 days.
