Apoe CHTP 1.2 Nose histopathology [Raw]

This dataset was generated in an in vivo systems toxicology study where Apoe-/- mice were exposed to cigarette smoke or aerosols of two different heat-not-burn platforms, THS 2.2 and CHTP 1.2, for up to six months (please refer to the study page for more detail on the study design).
Respiratory physiology measurements using unrestrained whole body plethysmography (FlexiVent system, SCIREQ, Montreal, Canada).
This dataset includes single measurements for each animal.

本数据集源自一项体内系统毒理学研究，研究中将载脂蛋白E基因敲除（Apoe-/-）小鼠暴露于香烟烟雾或两种不同加热不燃烧平台产生的气溶胶中，暴露时长最长达六个月，研究设计细节请参见对应研究页面。
采用无约束整体体积描记法（FlexiVent系统，SCIREQ公司，加拿大蒙特利尔）开展呼吸生理学指标检测。
本数据集包含每只受试动物的单次测量结果。
