The input structures, topologies and the template mdp files used to initiate the simulations are given in the "inputs" directory.Movies for 500ns trajectories of one of the replicates of all simulated systems in included in the "movies" directory.1 microsecond trajectories (100 frames per ns) for the three replicates of all simulated systems, the tpr file associated with these trajectories and a session to visualize these trajectories in UCSF chimera are given in the "trajectories" directory.

用于启动模拟的输入结构、拓扑文件及模板mdp文件，均存放于"inputs"目录中。所有模拟体系各选取一个复本的500ns轨迹对应的可视化影片，均存放于"movies"目录中。针对所有模拟体系的3个复本，其1微秒轨迹（每纳秒采集100帧）、配套的tpr文件，以及可在UCSF Chimera中可视化这些轨迹的会话文件，均存放于"trajectories"目录中。
