CRS-QSP: a PK-driven QSP model of cytokine release syndrome severity across T cell-activating therapies (datasets and analysis results)

Digitized clinical validation datasets and analysis result files for the quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) model of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) reported in the associated manuscript. The model links drug pharmacokinetics, T cell activation dynamics, and a macrophage-amplified cytokine network, and reproduces CRS severity across blinatumomab, TGN1412, and OKT3 from a single locked downstream network. This deposit contains the result files for the local accepted-ensemble (ABC), the 6-constraint and multi-cytokine acceptance tests, the 2D stability-map, the profile-likelihood analysis, and the constrained calibration, together with the digitized clinical target datasets. The complete model equations and locked parameter set are provided in full in the manuscript and its Supplementary Information (Section S1); the full model implementation is available from the author on reasonable request.
