2.1通过发放专家调研问卷利用专家评分法确定内在品质指数权重74.58%，外在品质指数权重25.42%。

其中，ZHPZ表示山核桃综合品质指数， pi代表各分指数的权重系数，NZPZ 代表内在品质指数，WZPZ 代表外在品质指数，

This dataset is constructed through instrumental analysis and testing to acquire the external and internal quality data of hickory nuts. The expert scoring method and weighted summation method are adopted to calculate the quality index of hickory nuts. Comparative analysis on the quality and appearance of hickory nuts from the producing area is carried out to highlight their comprehensive quality advantages, thereby consolidating and further improving the popularity of the producing area’s hickory nuts in the domestic nut industry and establishing a solid brand image.
1. Data Source
Samples were selected for laboratory testing, and instrumental analysis and testing were conducted to obtain the external quality index and internal quality index of hickory nuts, with each index associated with the corresponding year field.
2. Data Processing
2.1 The expert scoring method via expert survey questionnaires was utilized to determine the weight of the internal quality index as 74.58% and that of the external quality index as 25.42%.
2.2 The weighted summation method was employed to calculate the comprehensive quality index, with the formula shown below:
ZHPZ = NZPZ * p1 + WZPZ * p2
Where ZHPZ denotes the comprehensive quality index of hickory nuts, pi represents the weight coefficient of each sub-index, NZPZ stands for the internal quality index, and WZPZ stands for the external quality index.
