Analysis of human fluid proteomic studies related to aging and frailty

These datasets compile results from a systematic review of proteomic studies investigating frailty- and age-related changes in biological fluids (PROSPERO ID CRD42024588547). All statistical outcomes from the included studies were consolidated after removing duplicates and applying Benjamini-Hochberg correction for multiple testing. The datasets include: Proteins identified in age-related studies Proteins identified in frailty-related studies Proteins commonly identified in age-related studies. Proteins commonly identified in frailty-related studies. Proteins shared between the two previous datasets, present in at least two age-related studies and two frailty-related studies.
