Solar irradiance measurements, with one second resolution, and estimated power ramp rate of photovoltaic modules with integrated capacitor energy storage

Use of module-based capacitive energy storage devices coupled with a novel ramp rate control strategy is proposed to reduce power fluctuations of photovoltaic (PV) systems and control power ramp rate injection into the grid.

本文提出采用模块化电容储能装置结合新型功率爬坡速率控制策略，以降低光伏（Photovoltaic，PV）系统的功率波动，并控制向电网注入的功率爬坡速率。
