Processed RNA-seq Data from GA3- and Paclobutrazol-Treated Eucalyptus occidentalis

This dataset contains processed RNA-seq expression and differential expression tables from Eucalyptus occidentalis seedlings treated with exogenous gibberellic acid (GA3), paclobutrazol, and control conditions. The dataset includes three processed comparison tables: GA3 treatment versus control, GA3 treatment versus paclobutrazol treatment, and paclobutrazol treatment versus control. These processed data were used to support the transcriptomic analyses reported in the manuscript titled “Transcriptomic Insights into the Response of Eucalyptus occidentalis to Exogenous Gibberellin Application.
