VPRS 11355 Teacher Registration Cards - Provisional Registration

This series of cards was created by the Teacher Registration Council (VA 1226) and subsequently by the Teachers Registration Board (VA 4087) in order to maintain a record of all teachers granted provisional registration in Victoria.The information contained on the cards include the name and date of birth of the individual, their tertiary qualifications, whether applying for primary, secondary, or technical teacher registration, the date provisional registration was granted, and dates of subsequent renewal of provisional registration.Information on some, but not all, of the cards includes an Education Department record number and the date of resignation from the Departments employ.

本系列卡片由教师注册委员会（Teacher Registration Council，编号VA 1226）编制，后续由教师注册局（Teachers Registration Board，编号VA 4087）维护，旨在留存维多利亚州所有获得临时注册（provisional registration）资格的教师的档案记录。卡片所载信息涵盖个人姓名、出生日期、高等教育资质、所申请的小学、中学或技术教师注册类别、临时注册获批日期，以及后续临时注册的续期日期。部分（而非全部）卡片还包含教育部档案编号，以及从该部门辞职的日期。
