资源简介：
该数据集是由欧洲中期数值预报中心（ECMWF）发布的，数据的说明如下：
1、该数据集主要包括地表2米处的气温（k）和月平均降水率（m/s）；
2、资料的时间范围是从1957年9月到2002年8月；
3、资料的空间分辨率是2.5x2.5经纬网格，覆盖范围是90N - 90S， 0E - 357.5E ，全球共144x73格点；
4、数据存储类型是是Netcdf格式。
This dataset is released by the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF). The details of the data are as follows:
1. This dataset mainly includes air temperature at 2 meters above the surface (unit: K) and monthly mean precipitation rate (unit: m/s);
2. The time range of the data spans from September 1957 to August 2002;
3. The spatial resolution is a 2.5°×2.5° latitude-longitude grid, with the coverage ranging from 90°N to 90°S and 0°E to 357.5°E, with a total of 144×73 grid points globally;
4. The data is stored in NetCDF format.
