After the occurrence of extreme disaster events, the allocation of disaster relief supplies is the fundamental prerequisite for ensuring the effectiveness of emergency rescue. The route planning and precise allocation of disaster relief supplies, which transport required materials to affected areas with the shortest time and minimal cost, are of great significance for maintaining the basic living conditions of affected people and reducing secondary damages caused by decision-making delays. Therefore, POI data related to material storage warehouses was downloaded from the official website of Shenzhen Municipality, and the spatial positions and distribution of material demand points were calculated using vectorization tools. This dataset will be openly accessible, and relevant users are encouraged to use it and make improvements. It can provide a foundation for new ideas and methods to improve the efficiency and precision of disaster relief supply allocation.
