Sequencing study was performed to elucidate the mechanisms underpinning doxorubicin-induced toxicity in human AC16 cells and the protection afforded by the NRF2 inducer CDDO-Me. Overall design: AC16 cells were plated and cultured with DMSO (vehicle control), 100 nM CDDO-Me for 24 h or 100 nM CDDO for 72 h. RNA-seq was performed to measure differential transcript expression.
