该数据库包括太湖蓝藻水华暴发期间原水对大型枝角类Daphnia种群的影响以及群体微囊藻对大型枝角类Daphnia种群的影响两个表格数据,24个末级指标,包含总溶解氮磷浓度,总溶解磷浓度,叶绿素a浓度,同形溞、带休眠卵同形溞、剑水蚤、哲水蚤、绿藻、硅藻、蓝藻、隐藻密度和生物量等。该数据的主要生产方式为太湖原位的小型围隔实验。

This database contains two tabular datasets: one studying the effects of raw water on populations of large cladoceran *Daphnia* during the outbreak of cyanobacterial blooms in Taihu Lake, and the other exploring the effects of colonial *Microcystis* on populations of large cladoceran *Daphnia*. A total of 24 endpoint indicators are included, covering concentrations of total dissolved nitrogen and phosphorus, total dissolved phosphorus, and chlorophyll-a, as well as the density and biomass of *Daphnia similis*, *Daphnia similis* with resting eggs, cyclopoid copepods, calanoid copepods, green algae, diatoms, cyanobacteria, and cryptophytes, among other variables. This dataset was primarily generated through in-situ small-scale mesocosm experiments conducted in Taihu Lake.
