Supplementary data for striatal molecular signature analysis of psychosis using GSE202537

This dataset provides the filtered supplementary data workbook and file-level documentation supporting an analysis of striatal molecular signatures associated with psychosis using public GSE202537 transcriptomic data. The workbook retains code-generated analytical sheets, derived matrices, figure-level statistical outputs, GTEx v8 brain eQTL query outputs, GWAS Catalog psychiatric mapped-gene query outputs, cell-type marker scores, marker definitions, and Human Protein Atlas/Siletti single-nucleus marker cross-reference tables supporting Figures 1-6 and Supplementary Figure 1 of the associated manuscript. Registry-only helper sheets, raw preview/source sheets, checksum sheets, and workbook index tabs were removed from the submission copy.
