This invention provides a composite-modified fast-growing wood and its composite modification method. The composite modification method includes the following steps: 1) Take fast-growing wood, extract it in a mixed solution of toluene, ethanol and acetone, then remove it for standby use; 2) Subject the fast-growing wood treated in step 1) to vacuum impregnation in a treatment solution, followed by atmospheric impregnation, and alternately repeat the vacuum impregnation and atmospheric impregnation for 2 to 3 times, wherein the treatment solution is uniformly prepared from aluminum sol, deionized water and furfuryl alcohol; 3) Wrap the impregnated fast-growing wood with aluminum foil, cure it at a temperature of 80-120°C, then remove the aluminum foil, and continue drying until reaching a constant weight, thereby obtaining the target product.
