The variation of mRNA targets of mouse YTH N6-methyladenosine RNA binding protein 3 (Ythdf3) during nutrient starvation was determined by RNA immunoprecipitation and sequencing (RIP-seq). RIP was performed using Magna RIP Kit (Millipore) following the manufacturer's instructions and a Ythdf3 antibody targeting mouse endogenous Ythdf3 protein. Input and immunoprecipitated RNA samples were quality controlled and used to construct the library using a NEBNext Ultra II Directional RNA Library Prep Kit (NEB).Sequencing reads were aligned to the mouse genome mm10 by Tophat (v2.0.13)
