为保证杏鲍菇全性,需要对杏鲍菇中镉含量进行把控。《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》(GB 2762—2017)中规定,杏鲍菇最高限量值为0.5mg/kg。本数据主要用于监测诸暨市流通领域杏鲍菇含量指标的情况,为监管部门提供监管依据。1、.数据采集:数据采集于诸暨市场的抽检样品;2、数据处理:对我市市场的抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:X=(C-C0)*V*f/m/1000,式中:X为试样中待测组分含量,单位为毫克每千克(mg/kg);C为试样待测液中镉含量,单位为微克每升(ug/L);C0为试剂空白液中镉含量,单位为微克每升(ug/L);V为试样待测液定容体积 ,单位为毫升(mL);m为试样质量 ,单位为克(g);f值为定值;1000为换算系数 。可得检查项目镉的含量数据。 3、.数据分析:将以上检测数据对比国标GB 5009.15-2014 《食品安全国家标准 食品中镉的测定》标定的数据要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格
To ensure the food safety of Pleurotus eryngii (king oyster mushroom), it is necessary to control its cadmium content. The National Food Safety Standard Limits of Contaminants in Foods (GB 2762—2017) stipulates that the maximum allowable cadmium limit for Pleurotus eryngii is 0.5 mg/kg. This dataset is primarily used to monitor the cadmium content indicators of Pleurotus eryngii in the circulation sector of Zhuji City, providing regulatory support for supervision departments.
1. Data Collection: The dataset is sourced from spot-check samples collected from markets in Zhuji City.
2. Data Processing: The detected values of the spot-checked products in local markets were calculated using the following formula:
X=(C-C0)*V*f/m/1000
Where:
- X: Content of the target component in the test sample, unit: milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg)
- C: Cadmium content in the sample test solution, unit: micrograms per liter (μg/L)
- C0: Cadmium content in the reagent blank solution, unit: micrograms per liter (μg/L)
- V: Constant volume of the sample test solution, unit: milliliters (mL)
- m: Mass of the test sample, unit: grams (g)
- f: Predetermined correction factor
- 1000: Unit conversion coefficient
Thus, the cadmium content data for the test item can be obtained.
3. Data Analysis: The aforementioned detection data were compared against the data requirements specified in the national standard GB 5009.15-2014 National Food Safety Standard Determination of Cadmium in Foods. Samples with cadmium content within the specified limit are deemed qualified, while those exceeding the limit are unqualified.
