Different Organs of Sophora tonkinensis

To explore the molecular regulatory mechanisms underlying the differential accumulation of alkaloids and flavonoids in the roots, stems, leaves, and seeds of Sophora tonkinensis, we used high-throughput transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) technology to conduct transcriptomic analysis using the roots, stems, leaves, and seeds of Sophora tonkinensis as materials.
