Data for karinorman/biodivTS

This is the archive for all data necessary to reproduce analyses and figures associated with the github repo karinorman/biodivTS. biodivTS_rda.zip contains all interim and final data products as .rda files. biodivTS_csv.zip contains the final data files in csv form (a subset of the biodivTS_rds.zip files). raw_data.zip contains the original raw data files.
