Raw sequencing data for chromosome-level genome assembly of Pseudodendrothrips mori

This project provides raw sequencing data for the chromosome-level genome assembly and annotation of Pseudodendrothrips mori (mulberry thrips). The dataset includes PacBio HiFi long reads for primary assembly, Illumina short reads for polishing, Hi-C sequencing data for chromosome-scale scaffolding, and RNA-seq data for transcriptome-guided annotation. These multi-platform sequencing data collectively enabled the construction of a high-quality reference genome for this economically important thrips species, facilitating future genomic and evolutionary studies.
