Identification of genomic region responsible of partially andromonoecious phenotype in watermelon by using a Bulked Segregant Analysis (BSA) strategy coupled with whole-genome resequencing. We phenotyped for andromonoecious index 256 plants derived from a segregation population F2 and we selected de extreme phenotypes between monoecious and partially andromonoecious phenotype.
