The rhizome of Atractylodes chinensis contains a greater concentration of active ingredients compared to the leaves. This study sequenced the transcriptome of leaves and rhizomes of a two-year-old A. chinensis using an Illumina NovaSeq X Plus system. The sequencing data was corrected, filtered and assembled to acquire the unigene.fasta. The differentially expressed genes were enriched in KEGG pathway, as shown in the file G1vsY1.all_KEGGenrich.xls. The dataset can be used to find the differentially expressed genes between the rhizome and leaves of A. chinensis
本项研究通过对二年生白术(Atractylodes chinensis)的叶和根茎进行转录组测序,利用Illumina NovaSeq X Plus系统获得测序数据,并对其进行校正、过滤和组装,从而获得unigene.fasta。研究发现,差异表达基因在KEGG通路中富集,如G1vsY1.all_KEGGenrich.xls文件所示。该数据集可用于探究白术根茎与叶片间差异表达基因。
