Transcriptomic analysis of human Fibroblastic Reticular Cells (FRCs) cells in Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)

Purpose: analyze the transcriptomic changes occurring in FRCs in DLBCL Overall design: mRNA was isolated from healthy LN FRCs (p3) left untreated or conditioned with human DLBCL cells (cell lines or primary tumor cells) for 48 hours using transwell (pore size 0.4µm). Primary FRCs directly isolated from DLBCL biopsies were also analyzed (p1)
