Early skin seeding regulatory T cells modulate PPAR?-dependent skin pigmentation [IC_scRNAseq]

To understand the role of early skin-seeding neonatal Tregs, we performed scRNA-seq of Treg-sufficient and Treg-depleted skin on postnatal day 9 (P9). Further, we performed bulk RNA-seq of sorted Tregs from P9 and Treg-sufficient and Treg-depleted skin from P9 and P13 mice. Overall design: Skin tissues were harvested and pooled (n=3) for each whole skin scRNA-seq. Skin tissues were digested and dead cell removal was performed using the Miltenyi's dead cell removal kit. Single cell RNA-seq libraries were generated by the Blizard Institute at the Queen Mary University of London using the 10X platform.
