Forms of education vs. studying and working professional in the opinion of graduates majored in management: the prospect of lifelong learning

The results of survey of graduates majored in management at the University of Economics in Katowice, Poland are presented. The main research issues relate to the correlation between the effects of various forms of education during studies and their impact on professional development and opinions on the assessment of the potential treatment of professional activity as opportunities for formal and informal learning. It has been shown in many cases a positive correlation between the studied variables and as it seems, presented results of the study allow to highlight the special role of informal education in lifelong learning.

本研究呈现了波兰卡托维兹经济大学（University of Economics in Katowice）管理学专业毕业生的调研成果。本次研究的核心议题涵盖两大方面：其一为求学阶段各类教育形式的实施成效与毕业生职业发展之间的相关性；其二为毕业生对于“将职业活动视为正式学习（formal learning）与非正式学习（informal learning）契机”这一潜在认知的评价观点。研究结果显示，在所考察的多数变量间存在正向相关关系；且从本次调研成果来看，非正式教育在终身学习（lifelong learning）中的特殊作用得以凸显。
