资源简介:
The present repository contains the materials, anonymized data, and analysis code for the study "Beat gestures made by human-like avatars affect speech perception".
This study investigates whether the timing of beat gestures made by an avatar affects lexical stress perception to the same extent as beat gestures made by humans. Furthermore, this study tests the specificity of beat gestures' effect on lexical stress perception by including an additional control condition in which a disc moves with the same trajectory and timing of the human hand while making a beat gesture.
