Motility of sperm in testosterone-supplemented Kiss1 KO male mice

Spermatozoa obtained from the caudal epididymis of non-supplemented Kiss1-/- male mice showed abnormal cytoplasmic droplet and abnormal motility in vitro. On the other hand, spermatozoa obtained from the caudal epididymis of Kiss1+/+ and testosterone-supplemented Kiss1-/- male mice showed normal sperm morphology and motility in vitro.
