We determined the miRNA expression changes upon activation and inactivation of the TGFB signaling cascade We treated a patient-derived CRC spheroid model with recombinant TGFB1 or a vehicle control for 7 days, and let them recover for additional 7 days in the absence of TGFB1. Here, we analyzed the miRNA expression pattern by small RNA sequencing and determined miRNAs expression in all conditions.
