We have attached two Supplementary Tables to show the rCBF data to each baseline in the ROIs of both 2D and 3D images during continuous CO2 inhalations (Supplementary Table 1) and ipsilateral/bilateral CCA ligations (Supplementary Table 2). Corresponding p value from paired t-test against baseline along subjects is also shown with each rCBF value. We also present p values from comparisons between regions for both protocols. The p values from 3D images of CO2 inhalations between skin/scalp layer and brain layer are shown in Supplementary Table 1. The p values from 2D images of ipsilateral/bilateral CCA ligations between hemispheres are shown in Supplementary Table 2 (top). The p values from 3D images of ipsilateral/bilateral CCA ligations between hemispheres and between layers are shown in Supplementary Table 2 (bottom).
本研究附带两张补充表格,用于呈现连续二氧化碳(CO₂)吸入(补充表1)与单侧/双侧颈总动脉(Common Carotid Artery, CCA)结扎(补充表2)两种实验范式下,二维(2D)与三维(3D)图像的感兴趣区(Regions of Interest, ROIs)中,各基线状态对应的区域脑血流量(regional Cerebral Blood Flow, rCBF)数据。每条rCBF数值均附带针对各受试者、与基线对比的配对t检验所得对应p值。本研究同时提供了两种实验范式下不同脑区间比较的p值结果。其中,二氧化碳吸入范式下三维图像中皮肤/头皮层与大脑皮层层之间比较的p值,详见补充表1;单侧/双侧颈总动脉结扎范式下二维图像中两侧大脑半球之间比较的p值,见补充表2(上半部分);该范式下三维图像中,两侧大脑半球之间以及不同皮层层之间比较的p值,详见补充表2(下半部分)。
