RNA-seq reveals the contribution of fliP gene of Pseudomonas plecoglossicida to the immune response of infected hybrid grouper

Compared the impact of fliP gene deletion strain and wild-type strain NZBD9 of P. plecoglossicida infection on the pathogenicity of hybrid grouper, and explored the effect of fliP gene on the immune response of infected hybrid grouper using RNA-seq.
