Disks of polymers were formed, stacked and imaged with ultrashort echo time pulse sequences (Multi-Band Sweep Imaging with Fourier Transformation, MB-SWIFT; and Single Point Imaging, SPI). T1 relaxation time maps were obtained from IR-LL, SR-LL and VFA MB-SWIFT sequences while T2* data was obtained from SPI. Contents The dataset comprises the following directories and paths: 001_invrec_filaments Includes MB-SWIFT data obtained with an inversion recovery Look-Locker preparation 002_satrec_filaments Includes MB-SWIFT data obtained with a saturation recovery Look-Locker preparation 003_plain_filaments Includes plain MB-SWIFT data (without preparation blocks) 004_vfa_filaments Includes plain MB-SWIFT data with different flip angles 005_SPI Includes ct3d data with different delay times (SPI implementation of VnmrJ) recons Includes reconstructed data for IR-LL, SR-LL and VFA in MAT format.
