Volatile Organic Compounds and BTEX concentration derived from PTR-ToF-MS measurements at the Rambouillet forest site. Ground, Time resolution 10 min, Format Netcdf PTR-ToF-MS v2.0 from Kore Technology, H3O+ mode, drift tube pressure of 0,950 Torr, inlet and drift tube temperature 30°C, E/N ratio of 130 Td. The PTR-MS had a sample flow rate of 200 mL min-1 from the main teflon sampling line. The main line was a 4mm inner diameter 3 meter long teflon tube with a main pumping rate of 3 l.min-1 Software data processing : home made PTRMS data processing sofware Data averaging : an averaging on 10 minutes has been performed. Blank : A blank from the measurement system was made and subtracted when nécessary. Zero air was generated using Nitrogen bottle. Calibration were performed using a Liquid Calibration Unit (LCU, IONICON Analytic GmbH) and the IMT certified calibration mixture provided by NPL. Mixing ratios provided to the instrument for calibration were in the range 5-10 ppb. Calculation using PTR-MS transmission curve was used for concentration determination of non calibrated compounds such as Hexenal, Hexanal, Heptenal and Heptanal.

本数据集为朗布依埃森林(Rambouillet forest)站点通过质子转移反应飞行时间质谱(PTR-ToF-MS)测得的挥发性有机物(Volatile Organic Compounds, VOCs)与苯系物(BTEX)浓度数据。数据为地面观测值,时间分辨率10分钟,文件格式为NetCDF。 本次观测采用Kore Technology公司生产的PTR-ToF-MS v2.0仪器,运行于H3O+离子模式,漂移管压力为0.950 Torr,进样口与漂移管温度设置为30°C,电场与气体分子数密度比(E/N)为130 Td。 该PTR-MS仪器的采样流量为200 mL·min⁻¹,采样气流取自主特氟龙采样管路。主采样管路为内径4 mm、长度3 m的特氟龙管,主抽气速率为3 L·min⁻¹。 数据处理软件:自研PTRMS数据处理程序。 数据平均处理:已完成10分钟时长的平均计算。 空白校正:必要时将对测量系统开展空白测定并扣除本底;零空气通过氮气钢瓶制备获得。 校准流程:使用IONICON Analytic GmbH公司的液体校准单元(Liquid Calibration Unit, LCU)以及英国国家物理实验室(National Physical Laboratory, NPL)提供的IMT认证校准混合气进行仪器校准;校准用混合气的混合比范围为5~10 ppb。 针对己烯醛、己醛、庚烯醛与庚醛等未完成校准的化合物,其浓度通过PTR-MS传输曲线法计算得到。
