This record contains the reproducibility materials for the manuscript “A dual-input DICOM benchmark for perfusion algorithm validation: temporal-separation bias in single-input deconvolution.” It includes a de novo DICOM CT phantom generator, the generated dual-input DICOM benchmark series, ground-truth tile maps, sampled input functions, primary and robustness analysis tables, sSVD/bSVD analysis code, DICOM validation utilities, and scripts for reproducing the figures. The benchmark contains 735 deterministic dual-input conditions with known ground truth and is intended for perfusion algorithm validation. No Kudo source DICOM header or pixel data are redistributed; the released DICOM objects are generated de novo from the reported parameters and a fixed analytic arterial input function.
